In this role, she has assisted with the implementation of curriculum, instruction, and district assessments, with responsibilities including Response to Intervention (RTI) programming, providing math and literacy support, and monitoring curriculum alignment with common assessments, and coaching teachers.
Before moving to Bowling Green, Ms. Ford worked for Monroe County Schools, serving as a Digital Learning Coach for two years and a Classroom Teacher for 15 years (2003-2019), teaching grades Kindergarten, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th.
Angie Ford says, “I'm so excited for the opportunity to be the next principal at Parker-Bennett-Curry. I can't wait to be a part of the community and work alongside teachers and staff, to connect with families and help our students succeed every single day.
